Studio aménagé depuis janvier 2024 Détendez-vous dans ce logement au calme avec vue mer et campagne au cœur de la Hague, dans un cadre verdoyant ! A 700m du port du Hable que vous voyez de la fenêtre et du sentier des douaniers, tout est fait pour un séjour au calme. Vue mer sans vis à vis depuis la pièce principale, vue campagne depuis la salle de bain. Le studio ne contient que des équipements neufs. Il est situé au rez-de chaussée de ma maison avec une entrée indépendante, par le garage.

Vous logez dans un lieu atypique, au pied du sentier des douaniers, et bénéficiez d'une vue sur la mer depuis votre cuisine ou salle de bain. Profitez de la terrasse privative, et du soleil du soir dans la véranda. Le Kabanon est situé sur notre propriété, à quelques pas de la maison. Draps et serviettes de toilettes non fournis

Le Petit Champ is a little gem, combining all the advantages of being just 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of town but with a beautiful outlook at the rear over established woodland. Situated on a private clos, it has its own entrance with small private courtyard to the front, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (bath with shower over) and large lounge/dining room with separate workstation on the ground floor and double bedroom on the first floor. 50% monthly discounts Nov-Mar inc.

Précision : La maison est entièrement rénovée au RDC. Les travaux intérieurs sont terminés mais les extérieurs sont en cours.(pas de travaux pendant les locations)

Un excellent séjour au sein de la petite maison au bord de l'eau. La maison est douillette, fonctionnelle, très propre et située dans un cadre paisible en bord de mer. Grégory est très attentionné et a repondu rapiement à nos demandes ou questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Very nice place, good parking about 10 mins into town. Hosts were extremely friendly! Balcony views in the evenings at the sky were amazing. Will certainly stay again thank you.

An immaculate place. Perfect for a couple with or without a car as there’s a bus stop right outside and easy parking space. Natalie, the host, goes above and beyond. Loved the little details and the thoughtfulness of these, including lots of information leaflets on the local area which helped us to plan our activities. Thank you so much for an easy and comfortable stay. 🥰
