A 10-minute walk from the historic city center, with one of the most beautiful townhouses in the Netherlands! A calm and quiet base from which to explore the many beautiful cities, villages and lakes of Friesland. 8 km from the Afsluitdijk, 10 km from the beach and 200 meters from a bus stop and 2 supermarkets.

Geniet van een comfortabel verblijf, op loopafstand van het historische centrum. Het huis beschikt over een moderne keuken, een comfortabele woonkamer met tv, twee slaapkamers en een badkamer met douche. Woning beschikt over een terras. Gratis wifi is aanwezig. This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

In an authentic farmhouse in the middle of Parrega, the former servant's room has been converted into a cozy and comfortable apartment. Overlooking the Elfsteden route and a jetty in front of the door, a perfect starting point for a boat or bike ride, fresh dive or just a nice cup of coffee on the waterfront. Close by are the towns of Bolsward (6km) and Workum (6km) where you can find the beach, restaurants, beautiful regional shops and supermarkets.
