Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. This ground-floor, barrier-free holiday apartment makes your stay in Plauen, the secret capital of the Vogtland, an experience. The tram stop is about 10 minutes away on foot. Lovely little apartment, especially for a long term stay. Grocery store is about a 5-10 min walk away, and the main train station is about a 20 min walk away. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

We had an amazing stay at Kerstin’s home . The hosts were helpful and super responsive . The home had so many amenities - everything we needed. Everything was clearly labeled. All instructions were very clear . Kerstin and her husband made sure we were very comfortable and offered many suggestions for things to do locally and even left us a few local treats . They were so kind and welcoming. It made our stay in Hof such a memorable experience. I highly recommend their home !

The reception and also the communication before and after were very warm and uncomplicated. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. We got a special height for our one-year-old daughter. The small garden was also very nice and everything overall quiet. We would have loved it if there was a cafe or ice cream parlor nearby, for example. Otherwise, a great stay, we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful weekend at the property! It is small but very fine – and yet very spacious. It really had everything you needed, and everything was super clean and well maintained. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts: very friendly, helpful and above all flexible – we were even able to arrive late at night without any problems. Clear recommendation!

A very nicely developed container in a beautiful location. I bathed in the pond every day. As already mentioned, there are campsites around the small lake, which are at a pleasant distance from the accommodation. They didn't bother us much, as they were very pleasant camping guests.
