The location of this dream property in a secluded location is the ideal starting point for your individual vacation. In just 10 minutes you can reach the golf & spa region of Stegersbach, Bad Walterdorf or Bad Blumau. The house is the ideal starting point for cycling tours in the area or just to enjoy a barbecue on the spacious terrace.

The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.
