The city center where you will find shops and shopping malls is 10 minutes away. Possibility of self check-in for late hour.

Walks in the Eawy forest or on the Avenue Verte Paris-London (5 minutes away). Discover the local heritage (Château de Mesnières 5 min, Rouen 40 min by A 28, Forges-les-Eaux 20 min...). Stroll along the beach or taste seafood in a restaurant facing the port of Dieppe (30 minutes).

It is located in the heart of a clearing in one of the largest forests in France, located 30 minutes from Rouen, 30 minutes from the sea and 2 hours from Paris. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 6 recent beds and is equipped with all modern comforts.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
