Die Wohnung verbindet mittelalterliche Ambiance mit modernem Komfort auf einzigartige Weise! Sie enhält viele historische Details, welche sorgsam restauriert wurden, darunter eine Original-Wandmalerei aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Der Westteil des Hauses stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert und die Westfassade besteht aus Teilen der alten Stadtmauer.

Located in the stork village of Altreu, the tiny house is located directly on the banks of the Aare River on a campsite and offers cozy modern living with the best views of the water. Fully equipped, but reduced to the essentials, this tiny house is the perfect place for a break. Practically at your doorstep, the local recreation area "Witi" with its large natural areas invites you to take walks and bike rides. Right next to the campsite is the restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. The apartment is ideal for walkers who make the trek of the Chemin des Crêtes. The place is very quiet and relaxing because the house is at the end of the street. It has a lovely view of the fields and nature. A spot with private barbecue is available in the warm season. The village is 10 km from Biel and Granges, it is served a few times a day by a bus. Unfortunately, there is no business in the village.
