Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site, where you can intensively enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is surprisingly spacious (70m2) and can sleep up to 5 people. Children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline, on the grass/soccer field and can also cuddle with our rabbits and guinea pigs.

De Waddenzee bevind zich op 5 minuten fietsen, het strand en de Noordzee 10 minuten. Het sfeervolle 4 persoons vakantiehuis bevindt zich in het voorhuis van onze woonboerderij. Het gebouw is in traditionele Amelander boerderij-stijl gerealiseerd en ruim opgezet. Ook prima geschikt met kinderen, de gedeelde tuin heeft een speeltoestel. The apartment is modernly furnished and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook and at the large dining table you can enjoy dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything is within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes cycling is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Come and enjoy my Tiny cottage "Dit Kleine Eiland". 16m2 pure coziness, quietly located on the outskirts of the city center of Nes. 20 min walk and you are at the harbor, and therefore the Wad (oyster picking!). Come, together or alone, and enjoy that beach walk. Enjoy the evening sun with a cold glass of wine on your own terrace or walk (2 min) into the village for the culinary delights Nes has to offer.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Make beautiful memories together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!
