"Mozzio antica" vacation home and garden Ossola

"Mozzio Antica" is an ancient residence located in the historic center of the small hamlet. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), in the mountains of the Antigorio Valley, at an altitude of 820 meters above sea level. In 2015 it was renovated with the utmost care and attention and in accordance with the local architecture, giving it delicate tones and precious details. It is a detached mountain house with an exclusive garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

A villa immersed in tranquility and nature, set in a large park of an ancient villa overlooking the Val d'Ossola. The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

Traditional Chalet Julia! There is a bus stop almost right in front of the house, and you can reach the excellent Saas-Grund ski and hiking area within 12 minutes (recommended!!!) Saas-Fee or further, like Grächen or Zermatt. Attractions such as the Brigerbad thermal baths are also easily accessible. Italy 35 km. The Chalet has an infrared sauna in a second bathroom in the basement. Washer with dryer, a fondue & raclette set, TV & fast internet. Free parking place. Linen included

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is located close to our residential house, but it enjoys an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.

Cozy chalet on a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with BBQ and terrace. A sandbox for kids. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house may book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is filled with wood. It works wonderfully!
