Casa Elia is a detached building with private parking and the possibility of a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles, large garden with table and chairs ideal for your moments of relaxation. Bikes, a crib with bars, a high chair and outdoor games are available for guests. Beautiful two-room apartment in a newly restored sixteenth-century rustic building. It is very quiet: it can be reached on foot by a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

Charming farmhouse with mountain views

This charming accommodation in a former farmhouse awaits guests who are looking for a unique holiday experience. A steep footpath leads from the village to the house in around 8 minutes. Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. The house is situated on a small hill. Please read all the information in the listing before booking to avoid surprises. Living room, dining room and bedroom are spacious. Wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Brienz from the living room and terrace. The house has two apartments. The upper apartment is available for guests only. The host lives in the lower one during the tourist season. Luggage transport to the house is possible if the host is on site.

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is located close to our residential house, but it enjoys an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.

It works wonderfully!
