"Hoeve de Bies" mooie accommodatie met ontbijt

In 2019 hebben wij een gedeelte van onze monumentale boerderij geheel zelf verbouwd tot een mooie boerderijwoning; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt met diverse eigengemaakte producten. Vanwege zijn ligging is Hoeve de Bies de ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Zo kunt u winkelen, cultuur opdoen in Valkenburg en Maastricht. Daarnaast zijn er mooie fiets- en wandelroutes om het Heuvelland te verkennen.

Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

Kitchenette met koffie/theefaciliteiten, airfryer/oven, kookplaten, koelkast en vaatwasser. Alle suites hebben een eigen terras of een balkon. In de zomer is er buiten bij de terrassen een barbeque. Buitenplaats Welsdael een unieke uitvalsbasis voor wandel fietstochten op plateau van Margraten bij Maastricht.

De woning is recent gerenoveerd en voorzien van het nodige comfort. Via het terras krijgt U toegang tot de tuin met heerlijke jacuzzi waarvan U gratis kan genieten. TV, draadloos internet en muziekinstallatie aanwezig. Er is een privé parkeergelegenheid voor de woning.

Deze bungalow op vakantiepark de Sonnevijver biedt jong en oud een mooie kans om van de natuur in het bourgondische Limburg te genieten. De knusse bungalow ligt mooi gelegen met een beekje aan de voorzijde, wat is afgezet met een houten hekje.
