Vacation rentals with a patio in Buncombe County

This was our 3rd stay and has become our go to spot when need a place in Marshall area as our home is being built. Everything is new and the apt is well appointed. Great location away from the city. Have no reservation recommending it.

We truly enjoyed our time at Cecil’s. The view is amazing and we were surrounded by birds and nature. It was a great location to get to everywhere and he was as helpful in pointing out places to go. The extra touches be provided were sweet (chocolate yum) and thoughtful. We look forward to staying there again! Thank you Cecil!

The place was very nice, located on a street surrounded by woods and houses. Very quiet. The apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, with all the details and more. I loved it as soon as I opened the door. Emily was super friendly, responded quickly, and the fluid communication was key to our stay. We had no problems at all. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon!

We were just passing through but had a great experience staying here. Was perfect for us and both of our dogs. Large private yard, private accommodations, and spotless!

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

Stephanie's place was very comfortable and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great location with an easy walk to restaurants and downtown.

Bill and Leslie’s place exceeded our expectations! Myself, my spouse and our 4 year old spent a long weekend here and had everything we needed, and more than enough space. We enjoyed being able to walk many places easily— around beautiful Montford, to local restaurants and a nearby playground, and even downtown. Bill and Leslie were also very flexible and helpful in supporting a last minute change to our travel plans which we truly appreciated. They worked with Airbnb proactively to resolve my request, making a huge difference for us and I am so grateful to them for that. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended this spot to a few others!

Kelsey's apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was super convenient to get to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas, while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kelsey was very friendly and included clear instructions on how to arrive at the property and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. Definitely would use this spot again for our Asheville visits!

Good: Thoughtful and considerate about small details people might need when they are traveling, ex- first-aid kit, female hygiene etc. Neat and clean place. Extra spares like blankets and other stuff. The place is peaceful, close to nature. Things to consider: The other bedroom doesn’t have an isolation between bath and bedroom. It would have been good to have blackout curtains near the entrance door. And actual door or some form of partition there.

This cute Airbnb was perfect for our mountain town, book club themed bachelorette weekend. Everything we loved about this place: - Cute cottage core vibes - Open living room perfect for hanging out, book/gift exchange and puzzle - Farmstyle dining table for breakfast/lunch by sunlight for our group of five - Fun bar area downstairs with a chalkboard - Amazingly kept hot tub with privacy fence and automatic string lights on at night - Fire pit in the yard (though we didn’t use it because of the thunderstorms) - Free Little Library right there in the house - Immaculate landscaping with aromatic flowers that smelled heavenly - Close proximity to West Asheville, River Arts District, downtown Asheville, and 45 min drive to Looking Glass Falls/Moore Cove Falls My only regret was not asking if there was more than one bathroom (we found the second bathroom by the front door when we were checking out). The hosts were informative, responsive, and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much!

A very nice, clean. well stocked, and relatively large house. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Short drive to all parts of Asheville area services. Easy to get to Interstates. Susan is a very good host - responsive, proactive, helpful, clear directions, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. It provided a comfortable and quiet weekend getaway--and was about 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. (Highly recommend Jettie Rae's Oyster House!) And it's only 6 minutes to the NC Arboretum, which provided great hiking trails for us and our dogs. Michael is a very accommodating and responsive host and instructions were very clear. Would recommend.

First time back to Asheville since Hurricane Helene. Amazed by the resiliency and grit to clean up after so much devastation. Convenient location and discovered a neighborhood gem eatery, All Day Darling, that we would not have known about were it not so easy and convenient to the property.

A most pleasant place to stay

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was modern, spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We were not bothered with street noise. This complex is directly next door to the Foundry and we enjoyed the easy walk there for a cocktail before dinner at Curate. This is a better choice than a hotel as there is more room and a full kitchen. I also appreciated that there were local Asheville items in the unit- locally made bowls, coffee mugs etc

This place was like new! It was spotless and clutter free. Awesome coffee and tea available. Bed was super comfy. Couch was comfy too! Climate control was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return! Owner was so responsive too! Thankful to have found this place.

We loved our stay!!! The owners were very responsive, the home is extremely clean and the beds are so comfortable…plus the treats were a nice bonus!

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
