Amazing stay at David’s place with the family. Everything was thought of, from the restaurant recommendations to walking sticks, blankets, and umbrellas available to use. Unlike many make-for-Airbnb places, everything in the house is high end, from the cabinets, to the lighting, to the blinds, to the coffee maker. Truly felt like home. Would stay again in a heart beat. Location and view is also amazing

Amazing scenery unlike anything you can imagine !

I was drawn to Onie's place because it looked cosy and homely in the photos. Well, we weren't disappointed. It was very comfy and we enjoyed the board games. Stunning views in both directions from the windows.

Fantastic little getaway. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Complete privacy from everyone around, Duncan and Emma were more than lovely, left us to ourselves until the last day where they helped us with some car trouble! Felt right at home and relaxed! It had everything we needed right down to the salt, pepper and tea! The views are to die for and sunsets were spectacular! The hottub was an inflatable one but was so impressed with how comfortable and hot it was! Very comfy couch and living room area. Thank you so much for the lovely long weekend!

We had a great stay at Jim’s place. Excellent, responsive host, beautiful townhouse and a great hub for exploring the island. Place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a brilliant stay in Hebrides Cottage, owner Janice was excellent with her quick, helpful communication….we found everything we could possibly want or need was provided…..it was exceptionally clean. The cottage was in a fantastic peaceful location, the views from the bedrooms and kitchen were absolutely amazing. We visited local restaurants in Stornoway, and it was very easy to drive in to go to a variety of small shops and get supplies from the large Tesco and Co-op supermarkets. We visited many local sites, Callanish Stones, Dun Calloway - the best preserved Broch, Gearrannan Blackhorse, Butt of Lewis, Lews Castle and the very informative museum about Hebridean island life, we will definitely come back to stay again. Thank you Janice for a great stay.

We were very happy about our choice of cottage; particularly as it is pet friendly. Our hosts were very proactive in terms of communication - it was good to be warned about being well prepared in terms of provisions - no nearby shops! The cottage is wonderfully peaceful which suited us; it was also wonderfully warm - especially the bathroom with its heated floor; this made the cottage an excellent retreat on the one day of bad weather that we had , if necessary the bathroom could have been used as a drying room! We enjoyed the space; properties with just one bedroom can be cramped but as the photos show, there is a table with 4 chairs in the kitchen; the lounge has two sofas and in the bedroom you can easily walk on both sides of the bed. The bedroom has generous storage. The surrounding garden is a delight. Another reason for choosing Blossom Cottage was that it was reasonably close to the Three Chimneys restaurant. There are many excellent walks nearby, some of which we enjoyed.

Sally’s place was spotlessly clean and welcoming! She has set it up so that you feel you are visiting family. I loved the cookbooks and great novels she has throughout the house. A good rainy day activity. Sally gave great information on getting there and things to do! We were able to easily drive to all the places of interest on Skye from the house. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting!

The accommodation was very convenient and incredibly spacious for two people. It had two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking was available right next to the property, which was very convenient. The heater worked perfectly, keeping the place warm and cozy. The surrounding views were beautiful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the host’s warm hospitality and quick communication. Highly recommend!
