Vacation rentals with lake access in Buna River

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

We travel often, and this was one of our best experiences! Jasminka was professional, responsive, and very accommodating. We arrived in Ohrid, and Jasminka had a boat ready to take us to the house. The route to the house is absolutely beautiful. The walk from the house to the town center is only about 10 minutes, but is very safe and passes several small beaches and restaurants. I can't say enough about how wonderful this location was for our family. We have four boys, and the house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The neighbor, Ana, was very polite and helpful, and we had the opportunity to have a fresh trout dinner at her restaurant next door. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Lake Ohrid region.

We were absolutely thrilled! definite recommendation! the host is so friendly, shows you around, welcomes you and makes a check-in really easy. The house itself is so cozy and special! A hammock under a fig tree, a really nice outside porch, a cute living room - we would have liked to stay much longer! You can even use kajaks (they belong to the house). We had a wonderful sunset kajak tour on the beautiful lake. We loved it. 5 Stars!

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Wat een prachtige accommodatie met geweldig uitzicht op het meer! Shiroka zit vol met gezellige restaurantjes en je bent ook zo in Shkodër (wij hadden een huurauto). Alles is schoon, netjes en ruim. Barize is heel aardig en gastvrij. Ze maakte geweldige ontbijtgerechten voor ons. Echt een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

We had a wonderful stay at Jovana's place. We were looking for an escape from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It's incredibly quiet, and has everything you need for a chilled time. loungers, beautiful view, bbq. Was a little cold for us to go on the lake to kayak but definitely would have in the summer. The view is incredible as well, all felt very peaceful. All in all, great place to stay. the highlight is definitely the exterior so we didn't spent much time inside but it had all the amenities needed. Thank you!

Its one of the most beautiful houses. You have a garage and then once you go in, there’s a spacious living room that is well designed with large windows overlooking the lake and a big balcony and well equipped kitchen. Sometimes we really didnt want to leave the house. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was beautifully situated on the hill with a unique view. The condition of the house was absolutely immaculate! It was also very clean. The apartment is managed by a lady and her husband. Both are extremely nice and invited us for a coffee and homemade pomegranate juice. Really very welcoming! If you don't speak Serbian, you can communicate via Google Translater - this was absolutely no problem! As there was no booking after us, a later ckeck-out was possible. Wecreally apriciated this! We can really recommend this accomodation!

Evin konumu ve muhit çok güzeldi, şehir merkezi ve eski çarşı çevresindeki her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Binadan çıktıktan 2 dakika sonra göl kıyısına ulaşılıyor. Daniel, otoparka ve ardından eve kadar eşlik etmek için bizi sokakta karşıladı. Daire içerisinde her şey eksiksiz ve tertemizdi. Ayrıca ev, fotoğraflarda gözüktüğünden çok daha ferah ve güzel. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, çok rahat bir konaklama oldu. Daniel ile iletişim de çok kolaydı.

We enjoyed our stay here for 4 weeks, and that was made even better by Tedi’s mom, who is one of the kindest and most hospitable host(s)– since she kind of takes care of the flat, that we’ve had. But also Tedi replied fast whenever we had a question or needed something. Regarding the flat, the kitchen is quite ok for general cooking, the flat was clean and it is sort of stylish, it kind of feels like a real home rather than an airbnb. The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes walk from the lake. Although it is located on one of the most central streets, it was usually very peaceful. The internet is generally ok for work around 25mbps, but in the mornings and evenings it was sometimes unstable especially for video calls. The heater is quite good, but on the few days with minus and snow, it reached it’s limit a bit, especially in the bedroom. Overall the experience and flat were very positive, great host(s) and location. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended !

The place is amazing. I have never stayed in such a clean and well decorated place. Every detail is planned and executed perfectly. I have traveled all over Europe i have never stayed in a place like this. Just Amazing

L'appartement correspondait à la description ! c'est le père de l'hôte qui est venu nous chercher et il était très chaleureux et surtout flexible ! La literie était de bonne qualité ! l'implantation est parfaite dans la ville pour se rendre à pied partout

We hebben een super verblijf gehad bij Slave en zijn mama. Heel vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. We kregen bij aankomst koffie en rakija en de mama kwam de dag erna zelfs langs met een lokale specialiteit. Mooi ingericht huisje, alles past en de verschillende terrasjes zijn top.

We stayed in the cabin for one week and absolutely loved it! With the pictures Dusica provided it was easy to find. The cabin is furnished beautifully and the oven makes a cozy atmosphere. Dusicas family was very welcoming and even gave us some home cooked pastries and a wine. Ducisa even had a baby bed and there were some toys and games in the cabin. The big garden was perfect for children to play. We hiked a lot, Durmitor national is so beautiful! Thank you again, we would definitely come again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Just what we were searching for, a haven of tranquility. The hosts were delightful, Razu in particular was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay regarding information and supplied us with an array of fantastic meals. We didn't want for anything. There were plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Amphora. As most of the other reviews state, it is a truly unique experience. Regarding the one negative review on the website; all I can say is I really don't understand what they found so disagreeable.

It is amazing modern village life experience. Houseowner is wonderful and will do everything to make you feel at home. He is always ready to help you with anything and he is very friendly.

Great location by the water in Ada Bojana , easy walk or drive to the beaches

Si buscas paz total, un cielo estrellado precioso, contacto con la naturaleza este es tu sitio. Pero si esperas ir a una cabaña y no encontrar mosquitos, avispas o arañas entonces quizás no entiendas la naturaleza como tal. Muy accesible al aeropuerto de Podgorica. También tienes supermercado a unos 5/10 min en coche. Tienen dos perritos muy educados que te harán de guardianes toda la noche. Noche mágica escuchando búhos y otros insectos. 100% recomiendo.

Het huisje bevind zich in een waar paradijs, omringt door bergen en heel veel groen. Een kabbelend beekje stroomt vlak voor het huis. We kregen instructiefilmpjes hoe er te komen. Daar aangekomen stond er bier en wijn koud. De buurman kwam gedag zeggen, helaas konden wij elkaar niet verstaan. Toch was dit een vriendelijk contact, waar we zelfs bij vertrek een zak walnoten meekregen. Contact met de eigenaar ging over de app, maar dit was prima, alles was goed te vinden in het huisje. Welke ook was voorzien van douche producten, ruime hoeveelheid handdoeken, wasmiddel en een keuken gevuld met kruiden en olie en zelfs een vaatwasser. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Perfecte locatie voor tripjes naar Durmitor national park, de Tara kloof en Biogradska Gora. De boiler is niet heel groot, we konden niet met zijn allen na elkaar douchen. Maar als je daar rekening mee houdt is dat geen probleem. Mochten wij terugkomen naar Montenegro, zou ik hier graag weer verblijven.

V domě jsme bydleli v šesti dospělých a dvě děti. Byl zde dostatek místa na spaní pro všechny. Dragan a Gordana byli velmi nápomocní a ochotně a bleskově odpovídali na naše dotazy. Dům je krásný, nový, velmi dobře zařízený a vybavený (kompletní kuchyňské vybavení). Nic nám zde nechybělo. Velmi nám vyhovovaly tři koupelny s toaletou. Okolo domu je krásná zahrada s vyžitím pro děti a pohodlné posezení pod pergolou u grilu. Ke svatému Naumovi je to malý kousek a v okolí se dá podnikat spousta výletů. Určitě dům doporučujeme

Toni’s place is nice and cozy, very clean and well equipped. We needed a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and we found everything we wanted to use. It made our staying way more easier. The terrace is wonderful with a beautiful view to the lake, we loved it so much! Toni was very helpful and communicative all the time during our staying and before, when I had some important questions. He waited us with cake, which was really heartwarming after a long drive. Mljet is a really special place, if you like nature and active vacation.
