Hotel vacation rentals in Buna River

Simply amazing. The location, the hospitality, the food at the restaurant, the family atmosphere, the delicious clear water, the spacious room accommodation. Everything was exactly what we were looking for in a truly relaxing a beautiful location. The friendliness here from everyone on property is a standout that will bring us back in the new future. We visited during the end of summer season so it was very relaxed. Never did figure out the wifi but this was about connecting with nature and not being on devices.

Marko was amazing during our stay. He was incredibly hospitable and friendly. He was super helpful, offering advice and support about the local area, taking us out on a boat tour and treating us to homemade wine from his vineyard! Marko’s home is an incredible eco-village, almost self sufficient and you feel totally at home here. There is also the option to have your meals prepared by him. A great stay and would highly recommend this experience for anyone. He speaks fantastic English and is able to teach you about the history of the area and give local suggestions. We had an amazing stay, thank you Marko!

Leo is a very cool host. The house was very clean, tidy with all the amenities. He was there to welcome us, prepared the house earlier since our flight was in the morning, and provided us with information about the place.. His appartment is in a very convenient spot in Dubrovnik. It's on a 2 minute walk from the bus station which in 15 mins takes you to the Old Town. Lapad is a nice neighbourhood with places to eat and drink, and a nice beach on a 15 minute walk.

We had a rest in August 2019. I liked the location: fresh mountain air and about 15 minutes to the sea. Walking distance to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Friendly and helpful hostess. There are shops, restaurants and cafes, a bakery nearby. There are several beaches in the area, for different tastes. The room is spacious enough, nice beds, balcony with table.

We had the most lovely stay at Gjivo's, in great part due to our host's exemplary graciousness and helpfulness. We felt totally comfortable in his beautiful home..... the breakfasts he served us were delicious, our room was well appointed, the mattress and linens comfy, and the bathroom immaculate with great water pressure. Best of all, the gorgeous view from our window of the ocean and the old fort. Also, we appreciated how close we were to the old town, dining, shopping, easy access to tours and transportation. Sparkling clean, very close to the city centre and a great host.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was very easy and they helped us with everything we asked. They also cooked for us, drove us somewhere on one occasion without asking, and when we return to Medjugorje we will definitely stay here again. They are an exemplary Christian family🤗🥰🤗

Great location, hard to do better in Medjugorje, tidy and clean and easy to find. Restaurants right next to the property as well as free parking 2 minutes away.

I loved its spaciousness. Having 2 bathrooms allowed us to get ready quickly. I advise

OMG, this is the best accommodation and the best host we have experienced, ever! The home has incredible character, is beautifully decorated and is immaculately clean. Nigel, our host, and his assistant, Philip, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to be happy We left feeling we were leaving dear friends behind. I would highly recommend this home.

Luxurious apartment with sea view and great pool - simply fantastic. Super friendly and helpful contact person who was available at all times. We enjoyed the stay incredibly, spent three great days and never felt the desire to leave the beautiful villa :-)

Hy, the place was perfect. From the terrace, you have a fantastic view. Not all rooms have a balcony The restaurant is great. I recommend a trip to the canyon (20 min by car). We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The surrounding area is a lot of countryside. Those who want city and party life are in the wrong place here. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. The nearby area invites you to take walks. Unfortunately, we did not swim in the lake at the hotel. Unfortunately, a lot of garbage had washed up in the bay at the hotel. The garbage is a general problem in Albania and is frightening. The area directly at the hotel consists of very simple houses. A small road leads to a small village. (evening walk)
