Had a great stay in New Hazelton! The space was perfect for our trip. Beautiful surroundings and friendly people in town. Hope to be back again next year!

Sharene's home was such a delight! It was incredibly clean, smelled amazing, the bed was more comfortable than ours at home, and the towels were some of the softest I've ever felt. Their home had everything I needed and then a million other small touches that were like exciting little treasures all around the house. I felt spoiled like I was in a fancy hotel but 10000% more comfortable and private. The wifi was great, the bathtub is luxurious, and the yard was super secure with lots of room for my dog to zoom around in. 11/10, would stay again in a hot second.

Wonderful place to stay. Jen was super friendly and quickly responded to messages. The home is beautifully decorated with lake themed decor. Lakeside and peaceful, exactly the holiday I was hoping for. Lots of fun things to do, short walking distance (along the beach) to an old historic site, the grocery store and a beautiful park and playground is also short walking distance away. The home was very clean and comfortable, with lots of windows for light.

Cute cozy little home. Somehow I thought there was two beds but it was 1 bedroom with a pull out couch, it was fine. The sink in the bathroom did not drain well, would be a simple fix. We were pleased with the location and the cozy little home. Thank you.

Great location on the river. Home is very cozy and well stocked. We are a family of seven away on a ski holiday location was perfect. Rooms are big and a nice quiet sitting area upstairs. We would definitely recommend Phil’s place. We will be back!

Quiet location, didn’t hear any traffic or trains as some previous reviews had mentioned. Layout in the trailer was so roomy and to have our own bathrooms was perfect with tweens around! Would book again

This is the second time we have stayed here as a family of four. This two bedroom suite is spotless, spacious, and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Ella was very quick to respond with anything that we needed. There are a lot of great restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance making this Air bnb a convenient place to stay. We give this place 5 stars and would definitely stay again at our next trip to Smithers.

Cozy and clean airbnb. Had everything I needed for my month-long stay. I only wish there was a dresser in the bedroom but that wouldn't be much of a problem for a shorter stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely consider this airbnb for my next stay in Smithers.

Nancy and her husband were absolutely great! The place was so cute and cozy! They accommodated us very kindly and easy to get in touch with and very responsive! I will always be grateful for their kindness to us and our animals. I would recommend this place.
