It is a spacious, clean and old room of a traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.

We sought convenience with a modern interior while feeling the scent of hanok and wood grain, and it is the best location for walking around Hwangnidan-gil, Cheomseongdae, Daereungwon, and Donggungwolji.
