It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk.
