It is at the meeting point of the Château de Mimont on the side of the mountain that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) with exceptional views, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a weekend in the countryside or a nice place that is different from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

The fully renovated house offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay with family, friends, or for a business trip. Located in a peaceful setting, 15 min from Avord Air Base and halfway between Bourges Nevers and Sancerre. Composed of 3 bright bedrooms including 1 with bathroom, a large living room, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an equipped kitchen. Outside, a large space to enjoy the landscape. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

We welcome you to our charming, quiet, bright little house with a garden and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Loire. Sheets and towels are provided. We also provide shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, salt, oil, etc. You can reach the towpath along the Loire in a 2-minute walk and the shops in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is located just on the other side of the Loire.

The House of the Domaine de Passy

In a quiet and idyllic setting, the Domaine du Château offers the 110 m² house of the Passy estate built in the 19th century. You will be at the foot of Passy-les-Tours castle. Guests can enjoy the estate's spaces and its swimming pool. In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
