Soon’s Airbnb is a treasure hunt from the moment one enters the house. Every small thing has been designed with lots of care and intelligence. The usage of space is impeccable. He has designed the house keeping in mind every small aspect that a resident might need. Be it the mirror with led light in the study desk or stocking the kitchen cabinets with tea/coffee refills or even the slippers kept in the bedrooms. The house is a visual spectacle and shows the artistic side of how a heritage house can be remodelled with modern touch. I will definitely consider staying here next time i visit Penang. Also Soon is an extremely responsible host. He kept me informed about every small aspect of the stay before my arrival. Even during the stay he was just a message away and responded to our small requests promptly within few minutes

Good Environment & responsive host.

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

The house is very clean and same as the photos 👍 Great location which go Georgetown or Bayan Lepas also quite near. The host very responsive 👍 definitely will come back to stay again when visit Penang island and highly recommended ❤️

I had a great stay at Alex's place in George Town. The room looked exactly as listed-clean, comfortable, and just as described in the photos. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, and Alex was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly the apartment condition exceed my expectations. It is much more spacious in actual size than shown the photo. It is clean in every corner of the apartment. I have a 1 year old baby with me so cleanliness is one of my biggest concern when traveling. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment equipped with all the necessities for home stay and it just feel like stay at own place. It is an excellent experience for me and my family. The location is away from city area but easily accessible by car to city and other attraction in Penang. The surrounding is peaceful with nice view and lots of nice restaurants (walking distance, actually just downstairs). I tried a few nearby restaurants during my stay and they are all very delicious with good service. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

Fiona was a great host throughout the stay, she was also very accommodating of requests that was made to her. The house were clean and thorough with provided amenities. The only thing would be that, the mattresses are slightly lower for my elderly relatives but if you huge young crowd, this is the perfect place to get together Plenty of room around the house to 'lepak', get together, chit chat. Overall great stay and great place for a huge crowd.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

The place was as described. The checkin checkout process was clear and without any confusion. The house was clean and all the things were as described. The parking was near lift and also easy to access. The lift is quite busy due to lot of people arriving due to holiday season which is obvious. Overall had a great time.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay at Win's Place. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. Although the building is close to a main road it is very quiet and you have a view of the pool from the bedroom window. There’s a bus stop opposite the building where you can catch several buses into town if you don’t want to go by grab (have cash ready!). A grocery store, a drugstore and the Friday Nightmarket (delicious street food!) are within 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. Win was a fantastic host who gave us lots of recommendations and always responded quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. 모든것이 좋았습니다. 넓은방과 거실 그리고 무엇보다 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 침구랑 수건에서 냄새가 났고 1층 공사중이라 소음때문에 힘들었습니다. 아마도 공사는 곧 끝날껍니다.^^

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.
