Really really really a good place, especially the host very helpful and fast responsive, the place is top notch ! Made us feel at home, the location also great, beside Gleneagles Hospital, downstair also have convenience stores and starbucks coffee, and there’s Wellings Pharmacy nearby. Recommended!

Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

The place was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. Loved that it had a smart TV with Netflix perfect for relaxing at night. Definitely a cozy stay, highly recommended!

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

Quick communication with the host. Great view of the house. Very clean inside. There are basic necessities, only occasionally the car downstairs is noisy The host can quickly communicate and deal with the problem of the kids jumping upstairs

Recommended host! Recommended Unit to stay with your family. Host Corrine is very responsive and helpful. Unit is clean, spacious my 2yo daughter are happily running around. This unit come with 2bedroom and 3bathroom, washer, sofa bed, Lshape sofa, dining table for 6pax, kettle, refrigerator, microwave,tv. Surely will repeat with this host. The mattress also comfortable. We had a nice sleep there.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and plenty of great food/resto nearby. The apartment itself was cozy and well-furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had a smooth check-in and providing great recommendations for luggage problems we experienced . We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would stay here again. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. Thanks to the host for providing a great experience!

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

A spotlessly clean and well maintained apartment, located within a short walk to local transport, Lotus supermarket and Straits Quay Marina. The host was pleasant, very responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions. A very pleasant stay.

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.

Great stay! Flexible check out too. Happy that I chose this place even for one night stay. Strongly suggest this place. Honest review!☺️
