Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bukidnon

Mabale Homestead has become my second home while I am visiting family in CDO. This was my fourth long term stay. Always very clean with all the household items you will need. Air con in bedrooms are amazing! Water cooler in the kitchen is a blessing on hot days and the WiFi is consistent (I am able to VPN to USA for work every day). The house is quite spacious with a great room where the family can congregate together while cooking, eating, and gathering in the sitting area. Ate Alice and her beautiful family have become good friends and we enjoy our time with them very much (and don’t forget the dogs!) Centrally located in Nazareth, it is very easy to get everywhere in CDO! Susie is great and we are very appreciative of her flexibility and kindness. Highly recommend this space in CDO! And I look forward to returning later this year for the holidays! Thank you Alice and Susie! We will be back!!

It really felt like home! It’s quaint and we loved how peaceful the place is, perfect if you want to be close to nature. I’ve read some reviews saying the internet connection is slow or sometimes non-existent, well for us it’s just ideal as we love to disconnect for a couple of days. We will definitely be back.

We had s good stay, we just had hard time to find at first. But we get used to it… good and clean amenities, kitchen is nice and accessible to the uptown mall, shops, restaurants and stores. Responsive host and answers all your concerns. My pet is comfortable going around the house. Recommended! But, my only concern is the parking. Hard to park infront the house. Neighbors had their cars parked too. But in general we had a good stay and no issues. Thanks for your beautiful home. More clients to go…

Definitely worth more than what we paid for :) The house was spacious and well-furnished; you could comfortably fit a few families in the huge house. Very clean and everything was organised from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Sir Valentine was also very accommodating and kind. He always greeted us whenever we came back to the inn and went out of his way to offer help with whatever we needed; even when it was late at night and we needed ice from the store. Highly recommend this place especially if you plan to travel and go around Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro since its nestled right in between both :)

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

this place is well located near the mall, and 711 and some restos just across the street. Lance's place is homey, bed and pillows soft and fresh, bathroom and kitchen clean, room is well lighted with free wifi and Netflix

My friends and I had a great stay at Thea's place! I loved how simple and minimalist the space was. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with free disposable slippers, a hygiene kit (toothbrush, soap, and toothpaste), and even free coffee! Thea's check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My friends especially enjoyed taking pictures on the balcony. The city view is beautiful both in the morning and at night. The location is also super convenient. It’s walking distance to the mall and food parks, and you won’t have to worry about where to eat because right below the condo, there’s a convenience store and several food spots like Chingkeetea, Sharmaine’s, and Husband & Wife. Overall, our stay was amazing! I’ll definitely book again with my friends for our next hangout. Plus: The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming — they made us feel at home.

The place is very nice. It is also very accessible and clean. A home away from home. The owner is also very nice because she accommodated us even if it was on short notice. Worth the price

I had a great stay at Gemma's place, very clean, fast internet connection and she was responsive to my queries. The unit has fast internet connection but doesn't have TV yet? but it's okay for me cause I was out most of the time... but hopefully she'll have one soon :) I would love to book again the next time I come back to CDO. Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.

i booked this place based on the reviews and it delivers. clean room and bathroom. the room always smells nice. Sahlie always checks if there is anything i need. i had a great staycation.

The place is so great for a quick getaway. The host is responsive as well. Easy check in and check out process. I also like the idea of them installing a keypad lock instead of keys. That way I wouldn't worry if I brought the or not whenever I leave the unit. The bathroom is squeeky clean so as the room itself. Might book again some day.

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!
