Susie is very helpful and friendly. I really loved the caretakers of the property, they were very respectful and tried their best to help. The house has an antique vibe. It's really a good place to stay if your party consists of many people. A thing that future guests should know about the place is the area around the property, it has that slim vibe. I walked outside during night time and didn't have any problems though. I still felt pretty safe since the Barangay hall was very near to the property. Another small problem is the internet speed which was around 30mbps. I think it's fast enough for browsing casually, I think the host should get an upgrade to their plan since a speed of 100mbps only costs around ₱1,500 monthly in Parasat I think. Overall, I would say that the place is very worth it's price. ❤️ I will be booking again if given the chance.

One of the best airbnb I've ever stayed so far. We're comfortable during our stay. Perfect for family. We'll definitely recommend this to our family and friends that will stay in CDO.

The house is very nice and comfortable like a nature retreat place with beautiful garden to disconnect from the nosy city. The caretakers live onsite to fix anything. (Lolong opens and closes the outdoor blinds for us in the morning, evening, rain time.) Our 3 nights stay, Electricity was NOT available 24x7. Make sure your mobile phone, power banks, flash lights, head lamps are fully charged. (The town center people said “it is normal for this region NOT to have electricity for a several hours, 1-2 days without electricity during typhoon, WiFi and mobile internet is very weak.”) There is NO hot water shower unit. (The electric ball heater for the water bucket is not efficient as the previous reviewers said.) Faster method is to boil water with electric kettle and add hot water to the water bucket for shower. Else, boil water on the gas stove if there is no electricity. Bemwa farms (06:00 - 18:00) next door sells cooked food for 120 - 200 pesos. Better than the food in town center.

its more than a 5 star.. its 10/10. if u are planning on a trip or vacation to cagayan and if u have a car/rented then this is the perfect place to stay.. Highly recomended.

This is our second time staying at this Airbnb, and we chose to stay even longer this time because it’s just so comfortable and homey. The place is exactly as described—very clean with cozy, comfortable beds that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee maker and a microwave for quick reheating. We also appreciated the spacious garages, which made parking safe and convenient. The location is excellent—very close to convenience stores, malls, and popular tourist spots, so getting around was super easy. On top of all that, the host is very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, another great experience. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

They are very accomodating to our requests. Area is residential and is very accessible to stores, highway and other shops.

D place is way more than I paid for. Everything has its own place, clean, nd well designed. Not to mention d place is HUGE, it can actually fit up to 40-50 pax, the parking garage can easily fit 10 family van, d owner of d place is not only approachable but also very kind & HUMBLE. My only regret is staying for only a night, in order to fully enjoy the place to the extent you should stay at least 2-3 nights. They have d best karaoke system, entertainment area & dining area in both floors, a huge porch hugging half of the bldg that wud give you so much space nd venue for photos nd if you just want to relax and enjoy the scenic view. D staircase is perfect for photoshoot, d rooms are HUGE! D attic can fit a crowd of ppl. You'll have everything that you need, even the utensils & dinner plates for a crow. D bathroom ndcomfort room can fit 10 people comfortably. It is a property that is one of a kind. Will definitely come back with my family soon, nd of course wud recommend dis 2 my LGU.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I booked this condo for my solo birthday celebration from March 8 to March 9, 2025. When I arrived, the cleaner was still tidying up, but it was totally fine—she did her best to prepare the place. I got a bit confused with the lock key box (even though I had the instructions beforehand). Host Iris sent me a video on how to open it, and I just needed to pull it toward me (hahaha). Gosh! The pool and gym are accessible, but I didn’t use the pool because it was too deep for me—I DON’T KNOW HOW TO SWIM (hahaha). I’m only comfortable with child-level pools. Before checking out, I cleaned up a bit since my hair was all over the floor—my goodness! Thank you, the place made me feel like a billionaire (HAHAHA). To me, the interior feels super luxurious—rich, rich, rich!

this place is well located near the mall, and 711 and some restos just across the street. Lance's place is homey, bed and pillows soft and fresh, bathroom and kitchen clean, room is well lighted with free wifi and Netflix

The place is very nice. It is also very accessible and clean. A home away from home. The owner is also very nice because she accommodated us even if it was on short notice. Worth the price

I had a great stay at Gemma's place, very clean, fast internet connection and she was responsive to my queries. The unit has fast internet connection but doesn't have TV yet? but it's okay for me cause I was out most of the time... but hopefully she'll have one soon :) I would love to book again the next time I come back to CDO. Ma’am Farra was so kind and accommodating! She even allowed me to check out at 6 PM, which I really appreciated. I absolutely loved the place—it was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here!
