This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. Charming duplex (60 m2 Carrez law, 90 m2 on the ground), in a listed building located two minutes from the cathedral (view of the cathedral from the living room and one of the bedrooms). Bright apartment, very well equipped, located on the 4th floor without elevator access, dual-aspect and offering an unobstructed view.
