Just a really wonderful cozy place and the host were just as amazing. I would highly recommend this five star accommodation.

Beautiful does NOT describe how James’s place was! From the initial walk in, I was blown away. The views.. the cleanliness… everything… was amazing!! And the bed?? Slept WONDERFULLY!!!!!!!!!!!! James was very helpful, responsive and even checked in at the end to make sure all was ok. I will be back!!!!

This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

Lanier Islands Point was a fabulous stay! Scott was a great host who checked in with us before, during and after our stay. The place was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 8 adults to hang out. The lake access, beautiful view and sundeck were an added bonus. It was quiet and relaxing. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for my son’s graduation party. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and secluded—an ideal setting for our event. The hosts were great communicators and even set up extra tables inside and out, which was a huge help. We couldn’t use the pool or outdoor games due to rain, but the party was still a success. Highly recommend for gatherings!

Your home is wonderfully appointed...you thought of everything! Clean and comfortable, and the porch fireplace was so relaxing to come back to each evening. Thank you for a lovely stay during our daughter's wedding week!

we had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful weekend and enjoyed some fishing off the docks as well, my son caught his first large mouth bass which was an amazing memory for the records.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and this was one of our favorites! Gorgeous, super clean, and so much fun! There are many stairs leading down to the lake which was just fine for our young crew but may be difficult for anyone with physical limitations. Immaculate property with incredible hosts! Would stay here again for sure.

House was stunning and very comfortable. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility. There was plenty of space for our adult family. We had dinner in the screened in porch every night and played games around the kitchen table. The lake water was really clean and had movement in it. The dock has lots of shade on the bottom and full sun on top. I can’t say enough about it. I highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this place! Our family of 7 stayed in this beautiful home during the long weekend. It is very comfortable and we have a lot of space roaming in the house. This house has more silverware, mugs and plates than any places we have stayed, also in good quality. You do need to bring your own cooking ingredients, but that's common in many listings. There is another kitchen and fridge in the lower level; our grandkid loves the foosball table down there too. There are a lot of board games for kids and adults. The driveway is steep, but manageable. The walk path down to the dock is easy to maneuver though, not very steep and shorter than I expected. The dock is in a big cove that is quiet and yet deep water for us to enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, etc. Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. We sure will be back again!
