The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

had a golf trip with a group of guys and this home was perfect!! clean and close to Lubbock. Didn't have any problems, host was friendly and reached out to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend Thank you for sharing you home.

Kali saved the day for us! We checked into another Airbnb that was filthy and not as presented in the listing. As we were looking for other last minute places available, my son remembered staying at the sandlot before and enjoying it. Thank goodness it was available! And thank you, Kali, for being super responsive and letting us book a last minute stay. We all breathed a huge sigh of relief when we walked inside. It’s a cozy home that is very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The house was big enough to accommodate all of us ! Great neighborhood very quiet . House does drop down from street level but explained very well in check in instructions . House overall was a great stay especially the hot tub !

I was in Lubbock to visit my daughter and could not have picked a nice place to stay. Monica’s house was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was great! Monica also thought of small details that made our stay more comfortable! The welcome treats we found on the counter were well received after a long drive that first day. I forgot my toothbrush at home and lo and behold Monica had a brand new one as an extra, which was a lifesaver late at night. I can’t say enough good things about Monica’s house and her overall thoughtfulness. We will definitely try to stay at her house again next time we are back!

Whitney was absolutely wonderful! She was super accommodating, thoughtful, and kind. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, as well as lots of snacks and fruit (and even a sweet gift for our new baby)! The house was cozy and perfect for our needs, and the outdoor areas were great for relaxing and letting our toddler play. We also enjoyed the little park across the street for getting some fresh air during our stay! 10/10 would recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

We highly recommend staying at Julie's Guesthouse. Pool for the summer and a beautifully decorated three bedroom house. IT was perfect. The linings, bed and temperature controls were awesome. We slept like a bunch of logs. The house was even decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch by the host Julie. She was fantastic.

We had a great stay. The house was well accommodated with all the essentials. The host was friendly and responsive. It was a great fit for a weekend visiting our Red Raider. The back patio was really nice for hanging out too.
