Vacation rentals with a patio in Buffalo River

The condo was wonderful. Close to Vanderbilt and the Parthenon. Looked exactly like the pictures and was beautifully decorated. Amy was responsive within minutes. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Everything was in great shape and new, beds were very comfortable and host responded quickly and was very helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

Had an awesome time exploring Nashville from Travis and Jody’s retreat. Quick uber rides to broadway and downtown. Quick access to interstate to get about anywhere in Nashville. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here. They were very accommodating to our request and generally great!

The home was in a great spot, close enough to Nashville and other local attractions that my family and I had plenty of options everyday for different restaurants, attractions, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Brentwood! Steve was incredibly attentive and efficient, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Even responding to our midnight mishap. The home was spotless, with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, and the piano was such a lovely added bonus. The shower pressure was amazing in the Master bedroom. We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning. One of the highlights was getting to tour Steve’s studio—what an amazing experience! Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed.

My friends and I enjoyed our time in this Air BnB. It was very cozy and homey we were also very close to everything in downtown Nashville which made it even better.

This cozy retreat is indeed a wonderful place to call "home" when in Nashville. The little extra amenities such as decaf coffee, body lotion, really nice fluffy towels , and a spacious refrigerator made our stay so comfortable. The outdoor space is absolutely lovely, especially at night with the lighted areas creating perfect ambiance for relaxing after a day of shopping, sightseeing, experiencing all the venues, and for us; spending busy days with family. John communicates fast with any questions. Love this place!!

From the very beginning, Kristin was the kind of host everyone hopes for—kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Even before I booked, she answered all my detailed questions honestly and thoughtfully, often following up later with even more helpful info. The apartment was exactly as pictured: clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom was a huge bonus. I used the gym every morning, and we loved relaxing on the balcony with coffee. The washer and dryer were great to have and parking was simple. I was initially nervous about safety and the construction in the area, but the neighborhood felt really safe—lots of joggers and families out with their dogs all day long. The building was quiet despite the construction next door, and the Mexican restaurant on the ground floor added a nice touch of liveliness. Location-wise, it was perfect! We rented a car but Ubers to Broadway were under $8. If you're heading to Nashville, this is the place! 🫶
