The "Farmhouse" Tiny Home: Cute & Farm Chic!

The Farmhouse Tiny Home offers luxury and simplicity. It has a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom with full sink, toilet, and shower. Around the corner is a “Flex Room” with Murphy Bed. Upstairs is a spacious loft with three twin beds. Full kitchen, living room with TV, Broadband Wifi, and outdoor deck with rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful Piney River. The fun outdoor space includes a fire pit with bench seating, Adirondack chairs, stringed lights, and your private gas grill.

The Homestead at GratiDude Ranch

The Homestead at GratiDude Ranch is minutes to Leipers Fork. Sleeping up to 14 guests, groups can enjoy being together but with a little privacy. It offers three separate spaces on the property; a farmhouse style contemporary Ranch House that sleeps 6, a Carriage House & Loft that is a fun and unique space that sleeps 6, and a storybook Cottage that sleeps 2. An 11 seater swim spa/hot tub is situated on the side patio with an outdoor fireplace for those brisk nights and unbelievable views.

"The Magnolia" Tiny Home 45 miles from Nashville.

The “Magnolia” Tiny Home was set up to appreciate some of the charm of “The South”. The living room has velvet sofa, flat screen TV, & special “Southern” decor. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, Keurig/coffee pods, and accessories. Master bedroom, 2 bunkbeds right outside the Master, and a loft w/ 2 twin beds. The front porch has gas grill, and rocking chairs. Also a custom fire pit, and stringed lights overlooking Ponds. Be prepared to unplug, escape, and create special memories!

Our one bedroom house is just off the Tennessee River at Cypress Creek it’s 3 miles from Mouse Tail Landing State Park. We are 7 miles from Parsons Tn were you can find restaurants groceries etc. There’s a fresh Tennessee River catfish restaurant just across the bridge 5 minutes away. We are in a great location with several things to do from boating fishing hiking kayaking . Also the Buffalo River is close by. Loretta Lynn’s Ranch is a short 50 minutes away where they have several events .
