Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

The Pearl of Cabo Pulmo

This casita is upstairs with a view of the Sea of Cortez. It's a small studio apartment with a full kitchen and bath. An almost-private beach is a short walk away. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The Pearl has air conditioning that can run up to 10-12 hours per day in the summer. The Pearl is the third bedroom on the property, but is fully independent from the Jewel of Cabo Pulmo and the Garden Casita. Family groups are welcome to inquire about renting all three.

Casa de la Música located just 198 yards from the best beach in all of east cape. La Gaviota. Prívate end of road privacy with elevated views including 16 miles of beach to the south ending at the Four Seasons. Enjoy whale and bird watching and whatever the Sea of Cortez has to offer that day. Walking distance by beach to Los Barrilles and many fine restaurants. Swimming and snorkeling with sand, no rocks makes the only closed beach (500 yards) to motorized vehicles with 20 palapas a dream.

Off-the-grid and solar powered, thatched roof studio bungalow with view deck, ( limited A/C) and Starlink internet. Dive shops, restaurants and the beach are within 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.
