The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful home, very clean and modern. Outdoor spaces were nice. Pool was under construction. We enjoyed hearing the nearby stream and smelling the fresh mountain air. The restaurant in the village was fantastic. Would stay again!

We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

Davide immediately proved to be very kind and responsive, as soon as we arrived he gave us advice on the destinations to visit and which supermarkets were easily accessible, the beautiful villa is on 3 floors with the rooms on the first and second floors, all the double rooms have a private bathroom, the living area is spacious and accommodating perfect for board games or watching a movie in comfort on the sofas. Below the dining room is a spa with gym, Jacuzzi and sauna. The kitchen is well-stocked. The TV in the living room has Netflix and Disney+. On the second floor there is a pool table with which we played several games. The villa is located in an extremely quiet area free from noise, the only sound you hear giving a sense of peace from the garden is the river Reno that flows, also the villa being far from the town there is no light pollution that will allow the night to observe a wonderful starry sky. It was unforgettable!!! Highly recommended😁✌

We stayed for a few days at Villa Viktoria & Andras during the Christmas holidays. It was the ideal meeting place to spend time as a family and explore the enchanting landscapes that offer the surrounding Casentino Forests. Tredozio is a quiet village, which preserves the traditions of the past. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car, but as for the essentials we also had a good time in the center of the village. Particularly appreciated that the Villa had a room on the ground floor (comfortable for people who are less easy to take the stairs) and that everyone had their own room with a private bathroom.

We felt like at home right away! The garden was a paradise for our dog and the tranquility of the place... a paradise for us! The villa is equipped with every comfort and surrounded by nature while being easily accessible from the main road, which however does not cause any disturbance given the little passage of cars. Friendly host and readily available for our every need. Super recommended!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

The stay was wonderful, the place was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed. Particularly pleasant was the parking at the property and the beautiful little garden where you can recover from sightseeing. I would come back anytime.

Greatly communicated, having nearby landmarks such as Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna... Despite being very close to the airport, we were never bothered by the planes. Well air-conditioned, with large rooms and comfortable beds on the top floor. Good table and televisions (one in one of the bedrooms and one larger, in the living room). Everything is very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Own parking space at the door. Good communication and kindness. As a better point, we could talk about the bathtub, classic but a little uncomfortable.

Christina’s place is a great choice when staying in Modena and aiming to be close to the historic city centre. She was communicative and precise all along the way, highly appreciated and recommendable!

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

We had wonderful days at Enrico's place. After a very long journey, we were allowed to enter the accommodation earlier and were warmly welcomed later. Very quiet environment with a beautiful view. If you want to sit outside, however, you should be prepared for the mosquitoes. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend the cottage! ☺️

Beautiful house, lovely village Cutigliano! Above all, Solange is an excellent host and wonderful person. You can really tell she loves to host her guests. We stayed for 4 weeks with our baby and we loved our stay. There is much to enjoy here. Many beautiful details and so carefully decorated. Upon arrival there was a blazing fire already going, fresh fruit from the market and some cool drinks, what a nice welcome! The house did have some challenges with a crawling 9 month old, but Solange provided us with an extra baby box. Also: it is a big house, like a little tower, very spacious feeling, lots of stairs! We made some trips to Lucca, Pistoia, Florence and Siena. And we especially enjoyed the local restaurants of Cutigliano. Really happy to have found this place and what a beautiful month we have had. we arrived easily following Giacomo's precise directions and found everything we were looking for, nature, silence and relaxation! Not in the background, the property offered all the living spaces described by the host. I highly recommend it to those who "want to unplug." The local trattorias are also excellent.

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful landscapes and plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Claudio, is exceptional, very welcoming and attentive to every detail.
