It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

It is cedar clad with powder coated aluminium windows and doors. Just 2 minutes walk down the drive onto the High Street, 8 mins from the beach & coast path and situated at the top of our long, private drive, the boat house enjoys peace and privacy at the same time as being very conveniently situated.

A well-appointed bedroom is showcased, featuring a grey upholstered bed with white linens and decorative pillows. Two wooden nightstands are positioned on either side, each with a lamp. Light enters through a doorway, illuminating the soft carpeting and neutral wall colors.
