Lake house vacation rentals in Buckeye Lake

This may be my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Mike and Allen were so wonderful and inviting as hosts, and even cooked us breakfast! The house itself is so much fun and there is always something new to look at and admire. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was a 10/10. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for LL 2024 and would do it again. It was a 7 minute ride to and from aside from getting there unless you left after 2-3pm. It was the perfect place to have AC, stay in from the rain, have a bed to sleep in and full kitchen/refrigerator to not pay festival food prices for every meal. Scott was and continues to be the best, nicest and most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. He treated us like family allowing us to check in early, check out late, etc.. He responded through the app as fast as if I was texting his personal cell. One of us left an item at the home and he sent it back right away. I plan on trying to book this anytime I come back for LL or come back to the area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and everything was as advertised. We wish we could have used the boat slip/dock and fire pit but didn’t have the time.

Mike and Allen’s home is beautiful and charming. We had the lower level room post pool season so we had the bathroom for ourselves. That shower is awesome. I would go back during pool season even though the bathroom would be shared then because their backyard pool hot tub area is awesome. Also we used the hot tub in November and it was just what we needed. Oh, and they put up a happy birthday balloon sign for my boyfriend as an added touch! They are kind and not intrusive but attentive (refilled ice at 11pm because I asked for more…)

Check In was easy, and hosts were responsive. Place was very clean & organized. The location is great - about 100 yards away from BoatYard which is a fun bar/grill. We stayed over thanksgiving weekend, and visited family in the area so we didn’t spend much time in the house. The layout is a little weird - main bedroom has no bedside tables and is against a wall so one person has to climb in bed. The attached bathroom is tight through the doorway. BYO toiletries as there was not a stash that we could find. The interior stairs are narrow, and a little steep. Area was quiet and calm. We had a great time and would recommend this place to a smallish family with younger kids. The bunk beds are pretty small and close to the ceiling but little kids would love them.

We had a great stay, super cute place right on the lake! Highly recommend, we will be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay! We brought our dogs and we all loved the fenced backyard. It was a convenient location to several good places for meals, hanging out and for walking with the pups. Monica was very helpful ~ when the TV didn't work (because our dog knocked the plug for the router out of the way!!) she was very helpful and got us back on track. We had a few questions about things upon arrival and they were all addressed very quickly! The surrounding neighborhood isn't great, but we had no issues. The house is very close to the water but I couldn't see water from the house. I would certainly return to this home again!

Connor and Ashley were wonderful hosts. The view of the lake was so pretty and house was clean with lots of nice amenities.

Aaron was easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. His house was nice and clean and easy to find along with being a great location for our stay.

The home is lovely and very comfortable from the cozy beds to hot showers. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the little touches such as snacks and coffee pods upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

House was exactly as described. Bryan was very responsive and the location to my grown family in northern Westerville was perfect for a great birthday for Grandma. There were two days of snow on our trip and Bryan came over himself to shovel and salt the driveway and walkway. It was bitter cold outside but the house was nice and warm. All the beds and bedrooms were great for our family. Surprise sweet treats greeted us upon arrival and the kitchen had plenty of coffee to wake us up in the morning. This house worked great for our family.

Krissie's house was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was very clean and the living room furniture was comfortable. The back yard was smaller than we expected, but our dogs still enjoyed it. The hot tub was very nice. The town was walkable, but future guests beware, it was VERY loud at night. Both nights we stayed, there was karaoke on the lake that carried into the yard and parts of the house until 2 in the morning. Not the hosts fault by any means, more so the area, but we weren't expecting it. Overall, the location was beautiful with a lot to do and see. Krissie was a host I would recommend staying with.

Was exactly what we were looking for, we needed a night to crash. House was very clean and organized, unfortunately we only had a short time to enjoy the home. However everything was very organized, clean and felt like home away from home. I will be renting again in the summer months when the lake isn’t frozen… If you’re looking for a little get away at the lake close to the main bars restaurants book your stay!!

Great house !!! Close to lake and restaurant! Lots of games . Backyard and hot tub are amazing . We loved our stay and treated with a bottle of wine! Amazing host !

The house was better than the pictures. We had lots of room to spread out, the house is spacious and open. Lots of windows. Very beautiful place. Loved the double sinks in both bathrooms. My husband and I had the master with an amazing shower. Loved the variety of coffee selections for the keurig. There are condiments to use, which was nice since we often forget those. The beds were comfy. There are extra soft blankets. The couch was so comfortable to relax on! Will need to bring a can opener, we couldn’t find one. My husband and brother enjoyed the pool table. The owners were very responsive and friendly. My husband and the kids LOVED the house! We plan to be back again! Thank you for an amazing weekend experience.

We traveled from Texas to visit family and the place was perfect! The home was inviting, clean and in a quiet neighborhood! The family enjoyed the outdoor patio which offered a scenic area. In addition, the yard was full of wildlife, deer, groundhogs and a few rascally raccoons that got into the trash😂! The owner was very gracious, hospitable and checked on us several times via text! I would highly recommend this home for a beautiful home, memories and scenery! Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your gorgeous home.

Alicia was very accommodating and we had a wonderful time at her AurBnB with no issues. Very thoughtful host as anything we asked for she was willing to provide. Highly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you’re headed out to Buckeye Lake or in the area!

Great experience at the airbnb. The location is so peaceful near the water, very quiet neighborhood and the host was very accommodating to a later check out. The space is super comfortable and very nice! Would definitely recommend this location to rent out!

Brandy's cottage on Buckeye lake is comfortable and in a beautiful area with the backyard bumping up to the canal. It is also close to Legend Valley and is easy to get back and forth. The listing was as advertised and the host was easy to communicate with. Thanks
