Clean, well equipped, fantastic pool & hot tub. Surrounded by mature plants giving it a private, resort like atmosphere. The house is adjacent to tons of great shopping & restaurants- so many options. 10/10 would rent again!

Kevin was a fantastic host- responsive and helpful. The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and located in a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin’s place to others!

We are a family of 6 with 4 grown teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Beautiful big house with room to spare, big kitchen, nice beds. The backyard is huge - big hot tub, nice pool. Had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location with access to old town - seems to be centrally located so we could reach anywhere we wanted to go via freeways in 25 minutes at the most. I would not hesitate to book this place if you are heading to Phoenix - you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice property and great to be able to use the garage to park our vehicle. Much safer and out of the hot sun. Very nice rooms with ceiling fans. Huge TV in the living room and TV in each bedroom.

Great place, and Ryan was a great host. We had to make a few changes to our plans and he was very helpful and flexible. House was just like the pictures, hot tub was nice. Weather was too cold for the pool, but we enjoyed the patio. Location was close to freeway for easy travel to anywhere in greater Phoenix area. Only negative was a lot of low flying airplanes, a little annoying while sitting outside, but not noticeable inside.

We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s. This home was perfect for our family, the heated pool was incredible, as was the hot tub and smoker bbq. The home is welcoming and has everything you need, and is well decorated with very comfortable good quality beds. The neighbourhood is peaceful and there are several parks and playgrounds within a couple blocks radius. The grocery store nearby is a bonus and it’s a super family friendly area. The host is very attentive and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Amazing Airbnb Stay! Our stay at this Airbnb was great! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. The property was clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every amenity we could think of was provided. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home, with small touches like snacks and even a welcome note from the host. My husband and I loved our long weekend at Melissa's! The property is beyond beautiful, so quiet and peaceful, and super clean! The bed was comfy and the highlight was our little visits from Zoe, Melissa's dog. I would highly recommend that you stay in the peaceful gem! Easy to get around the area and Melissa was great for recommendations of all to do and see!

Great place! Pool and outdoor space is fantastic. There is a shed full of fun toys and games for the kids to play with. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House has everything you need! Tatiana and Steve were great communicators, always quick to answer our questions.

Had a really enjoyable time. The house was very clean, quiet and had beautiful surroundings. I wish I stayed longer to take advantage of the hiking trails in the area.

Our stay at Lance's place was great. We will recommend it to others and would stay there again. Lance was very responsive and friendly. The only issue Lance should know was that a couple of light's (outdoor garage and one inside) were out. Everything else was awesome!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!
