Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

You live directly in the pedestrian zone (parking can be rented subject to availability, please request ). All the sights, restaurants, bars and shops of the daily. Needs can be easily reached on foot. Alternatively, enjoy your home, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and end the evening on the balcony.
