Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die kleine Küche mit allem was es zum Kochen brauchte ausgestattet. Die Betten in den Zimmer haben bequeme Matratzen. Die Dusche ist gross. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung ist etwas schwierig, auf Mitteilungen und Fragen erhält man nur vorgefertigte Standartantworten.

Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch im Feriendorf direkt am Elbdeich an einer Obstplantage. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz im Feriendorf. Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradverleih und eine Minigolfanlage. Pötte kieken auf dem Deich, am Elbstrand oder der relativ nahen Fähranlegestelle ist wunderbar. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht und hat auch genügend Platz. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet und es gab gute Tipps, wo man beispielsweise parken kann. Sogar Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele für Regentage oder für abends waren da. Man kann gut Ausflüge nach Stade, Jork, Buxtehude oder auch nach Cuxhaven unternehmen.

The house was in a very quiet and beautiful location next street over was a strip full of restaurants, convenient stores, and just site seeing. first time doing public transportation although a little confusing the house was near the station so not a long walk. The pictures shows no justice the house is beautiful. we did spot some Camaras inside the house and took many mirrors but it did not bother us. Great Birthday Weekend. Thank you!

Wir haben über Ostern eine wunderschöne Zeit als Familie in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nagelneu und bietet reichlich Platz – sogar mit zwei Spülmaschinen, was bei 15 Personen super praktisch war. Der Garten ist traumhaft, das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf, und dennoch ist alles fußläufig erreichbar: Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Bäcker und viele Aktivitäten. Pool und Sauna waren ein Highlight! Denise und Thorben waren jederzeit gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Durch die moderne Bauweise mit großen Fenstern und offener Veranda kann es etwas hellhörig sein – besonders mit Kindern. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für alles!😊

Leider nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, definitiv einen Besuch wert!

This place was perfect for us, as a family gathering in Hamburg, where we could spend time in the garden and dinner table, rather than have to use a restaurant. If that's what you're looking for, I can recommend this: it's not the cheapest property, but if you have 6+ guests, you can make up for that by cooking and eating in. and the house is in a nice, quiet area of Bergedorf. Vivian was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and matched the description. There is a first floor bedroom and bathroom suitable for elderly guests, and plenty of room upstairs to spread out. The kitchen had supplies (e.g. cooking herbs and spices) ready for us. There's a dining room table large enough for eight guests. The garden is peaceful and has seating for everyone. Yes, it's a lived-in home, which means there are a few minor inconveniences. Minor -- imagine you rented out your own home, there would be quirks that you've learned to live with. Same here. Overall, Vivian keeps a great property.

Stefans place is great. Accommodation is very large and private and very peaceful clean and well equipped . The home has everything you need for long and short stay and it's lovely to be able to sit out in garden and relax in the evening. The property is 2 minutes drive to groceries stores and resturants and great location for anyone who does not want to be in the center of Hamburg but easy to reach in 23 minutes by car and local train and bus also available near by . Stefan is always available and very friendly and you need anything he always responds fast. I definitely recommend Stefans property and it feels like being at home away from home and really beautiful home. Thank Stefan for everything Will definitely come back again if in Hamburg.
