Vacation rentals with a patio in Bucheon-si

The room is very tidy and the convenience store downstairs is quite good, but the sound of the tracks in the traffic is not a problem for my sleep.

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very helpful. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the essentials and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And the rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little off the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep fond memories of our stay. Thank you so much!

The accommodation is an 8–10 minute walk from the lively Hongdae area and about 10 minutes from Yeonnam-dong. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a peaceful stay in a convenient location. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays and group trips. Since we traveled with elders, we often ended our day early and brought back takeout for dinner. The kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals or reheat food, with a microwave and oven available. Ready-to-eat rice packs are easily found at nearby convenience stores, which is very convenient for those used to eating rice. All three bedrooms are spacious enough to comfortably open two 23-inch suitcases each, providing plenty of room. Overall, it’s a great place for family or group travel.

It was a good stay, space is clean and cozy. Water pressure was a bit low but other things are all good.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

The apartment is centrally located. When we arrived at the apartment, we got lost, but the host responded quickly and sent us the location, so we were able to get there quickly. The apartment was well-organized and very clean, perfect for a large group or family. In the apartment, they leave you a well-organized notebook. Please read it. It tells you all the restaurants and places you can visit, and they mark the cheap and expensive ones, so you know, as well as the taxis you can call, even to the airport. We read it in our last night, so there's that, so please read it. The apartment is near Hongdae Street, where there are many shops and restaurants of all kinds. The train is a 7-minute walk. When I return to Korea that I will, I will stay here again.

I was able to have a good time with the kids for 2 nights and 3 days.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
