Vacation rentals with a pool in Bucaramanga

Great apartment in one of the best areas of the city. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, with a large bedroom and living room that connects to a kitchen that has it all. Although the apartment is located just one block from the busy Carrera 33, it is actually very quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket right in front of the building, actually. The beautiful Parque San Pio is one short block away. Same thing with the Parque Las Palmas. Service is excellent, with the landlord always available to assist or help with any question. Will come again!

everything is very good, everything is very nice

Wonderful place to have a group or family vacation! The property is beautiful, cozy and perfectly designed for rest. But what really makes the difference is the attention. Laura is an exceptional host: always attentive, cordial, respectful and at the same time very friendly. Your communication was impeccable from the beginning, providing us with helpful recommendations and resolving our concerns and requirements quickly and efficiently. Definitely a super host! Also, the maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, we want to highlight Leidy, the main manager, who always showed a friendly attitude and a great willingness to help, making sure our experience was perfect. In short, we were very happy and at ease during our stay at Casa Anaterra!

Very good accommodation. Excellent service from Fabrizio and very well located. This is the second time I have stayed there and I would do it again.

The experience in this apartment was excellent. All the rooms –bedrooms, balconies, bathrooms, kitchen and living room– were very organized, impeccable and well equipped. The air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly. The location is central and strategic, although access by car may require detours due to the organization of traffic in the city, not because of the apartment itself. The only negative point that I think is important to note is that the sound insulation is not good, as the noise from the highway (cars, motorcycles, ambulances, etc.) was heard quite clearly, which was really very uncomfortable at times. However, overall, we felt very comfortable throughout the stay and really enjoyed the apartment, which offers excellent quality and comfort. Definitely an optimal experience.

The experience was perfect from booking to check-out. The information provided for check-in and handling the apartment's items was very accurate. The security staff is very attentive, nice neighbors, you can rest without outside noise. I recommend the property for short, long and family stays.
