The stay at the property was very good, we really enjoyed it. From the beginning, Giovanny was very attentive at all times, both with directions to get there and with anything we needed. Javier and Carmen are very friendly people and always willing to help and make everything work properly. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting. We hope to be back on an upcoming trip!

Our experience at this place was exceptional. Everything was in perfect condition, but the highlight was the attention of Mr. Óscar, always friendly and willing to help us at all times. Definitely a highly recommended place.

We really enjoyed our time spent at this home. The home was beautiful & very safe, close to grocery stores & ultimately very central. Only thing that would make the place better would be a microwave so food could be reheated. Aside from that, we loved everything about this property and would definitely come back in the future :)

The hosts were very friendly, the apartment was clean and just like the photos, very quiet to sleep, there is a drugstore, shops, Oxxo, bakeries, restaurants and the shopping center nearby, I went on foot, I didn't have to pay for a taxi.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.
