Vacation rentals with a patio in Buca

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to thank Mr. Matthew for his interest and attention. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos, all the facilities are up to date and working. The cleaning issue is incredibly great. ☺️

2 Friends we stayed, the house is large and clean, the balcony has a completely view, and there are seating areas and a bamboo swing on the balcony, we stayed, the host is very kind and kind and helpful, there is wifi in the house for many things, we did not have internet problems, thank you for everything:)

He is responsive and a kind landlord. The unit was clean and big enough for a family. It’s located in downtown, in the heart of everything. Next time when i visit Izmir, it seems most likely I’ll book his place again. Thanks for hosting.

Very sociable and welcoming host. The apartment is in excellent condition, has everything you need. Super location, literally 100 meters from the main streets with multiple excellent cafes and restaurants. I really liked the ferry service between our city and the old city across the bay. I definitely recommend it!!!

Staying at Mr. Mehmet's house was really perfect. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Everything was thought out down to the last detail and we felt right at home. Mr. Mehmet was also incredibly hospitable and helpful, very interested in everything. If we come back to this area, we would definitely like to stay here again. You can choose with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything, Mr. Mehmet!

A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. it was very clean and extremely high quality for the price

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

We had a perfect stay at Mesuts appartment. He was always reachable and very friendly, the appartment looks nice from the inside and has a wonderful roof terrace. Everything was as described and Mesut was very helpful all the time. Can strongly recommend. Peer
