I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Close to all amenities, pharmacy, Intermarché, bakery, hairdresser etc. 15 min walk away. Access to RER E is a 15-minute walk away, which will take you directly to Gare du Nord in 30 minutes. Access to RER A is 6 minutes by car, with parking in front of the train station, which will take you to Gare de Lyon or Disneyland.
