Bruz: furnished and equipped studio

Furnished studio located on the first floor of the residence where I live in Bruz (10 minutes south of Rennes) fully equipped, 23 m2 (toilet located in the hallway 2 m from the studio entrance), 2 minutes' drive from the Kerlann campus, 5 minutes from the exhibition park and close enough to shops; bus stop 200 m away. Finally, noting that the most uncompromising people are those on vacation or on weekends, I only want to receive people who come for work or are in training... A good listener :-)

Located between Rennes & Bruz, 3 km from the airport and the Parc expo, 5 km from the Ker Lann campus and the Couvent des Jacobins, we live in a village with many shops. On the raised ground floor, enjoy a cosy living room, kitchen, bedroom with study, shower room-wc and, in fine weather (it's sunny several times a day!), the garden & terrace. Our leafy neighborhood is served by 3 bus lines (stops 5 minutes away) and a metro station approx. 15 minutes away on foot. See you soon!

Quiet environment: the accommodation is located in a private cul-de-sac. Warning: - The screen visible in the photos is a simple screen for connecting your computer via HDMI. So there's no TV. - The living room/bedroom window has no shutter, only 1 blackout blind. We look forward to welcoming you!
