Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house. It is very spacious and absolutely quiet despite its proximity to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. The old clay walls create a natural indoor climate, but they require special ventilation rules that the tenant must adhere to. From October to April, ventilation may only be carried out according to the ventilation principle (about 10 minutes of cross ventilation in the morning and evening). There is no TV.

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 14 residents in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind, especially for families with children. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and two cats, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.
