We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Dreamy Stay That Felt Like Home Fiona and Dave’s place is an absolute gem. From the moment I stepped in, I felt such a sense of calm it reminded me so much of my parents’ home in Byron. It has that rare, welcoming warmth that makes you instantly relax. They were incredibly accommodating and kind, even when my schedule was hectic. Communication was seamless, and I truly appreciated their flexibility and understanding. The home itself is beautifully styled, clean, and full of character tucked in a peaceful area with the kindest neighbours (whom I even had the pleasure of meeting!). Even though I didn’t get to spend as much time as I’d hoped, I left feeling grateful and already dreaming of my return. I can’t wait to book again hopefully under more relaxed circumstances next time! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a space that feels personal, peaceful, and full of heart. X

Our second stay at Melanie’s. We love this designer studio. It’s spacious and stylish and private. The location is ideal. Easy access to the city and Fitzroy. Also wonderful area for walking along the Yarra . A hidden oasis in Melbourne. Melanie has made sure there is everything you could possibly need available. She’s a great host and this is definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs. Everything was perfect.

We loved our starts at Darren’s place. Great location, walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants as well as public transport. The kids loved the playground at the end of the road.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Exactly what Mum and I needed for our stay. 2 mins walk to the tram stop and a great cafe! And plenty of street parking right outside also. Carmen was easy to contact and communicate with, her apartment is perfectly presented, and the complex is secure yet easy to access. Beds are comfortable, aircon/heat services all rooms, and bathroom is sparkling clean and a good size. Carmen also provides many thoughtful extras, those things you might not pack, such as bandaids or sticky tape and even a hairdryer. And we really loved the fresh fruit bowl. Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

Lovely quiet apartment in great Brunswick location. Transport, restaurants, supermarket and coffee almost at the door. The apartment is really quiet and secure and has the bonus of a garden outlook and small outdoor space. Great for 1 or 2 people. Lauchy is a friendly and helpful host.

I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Wonderful place to stay. Walking distance of things we wanted to do or an easy 2 minute walk to the tram station. Pool was fantastic and view was lovely. Host included a booklet with things to do around melbourne, overview of the building and suggestions of the local area.

We had a lovely stay at Henfry’s place. Our favourite part was the view - absolutely stunning! The apartment was neat and clean. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We stayed 5 weeks in the apartment and loved it. It’s bright, airy and has everything we needed to feel at home. Great location in the heart of Hawthorn and so close to train station, trams and lots of great food places. Highly recommend.

I loved this little apartment. The windows looked out onto lots of greenery with an impressive tree that almost touches the balcony. It was clean, easy and with a comfy bed. It was a really cold couple of days in Melbourne and the heating was surprisingly effective and I was really grateful for the electric blanket! I will definitely stay here again!
