The high-quality 3-bedroom Smart-Home-Apartment on the Illufer, 98 m2 furnished, is located directly on the cycle path in Bludenz. Shopping/ shopping opportunities are very close. The bike path in front of the door door that leads to Motafon mountain range invites you to cycle and movement. Downtown, Val Blu ( outdoor and indoor swimming pool) and the Muttersberg our local mountain can be reached in a few minutes. The Brandnertal, which you can see from the window, can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or car.

Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

We were sooo comfortable in this cozy apartment. The layout let us each do our own work when we needed to — we could close a door and really focus. We had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and blankets. We spent a week hiking the surrounding mountains, most right from the house — no driving needed. Bludenz is a dreamy town. Each day starts with a chorus of happy bird song and church bells. And if you time it right, you’ll catch wafts of rich scent from the chocolate factory as you walk around old town. Enjoy!

Aurelia’s place is absolutely wonderful and she has been an amazing host. Great communication from the start, went above and beyond for our family to make sure they feel comfortable in her place, and provided lots of recommendations for local walks. Location is great, with different ski resorts only a short drive away. Aurelia and her family made an effort to visit during our stay to meet us and make sure we have everything we need. The house has everything you need, from well equipped kitchen, to very comfortable beds. The sauna is a great bonus, and was very much appreciated! We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Thank you so much Aurelia for being a wonderful host, we look forward to visiting again!

The view was absolutely stunning and way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and soaking in the beauty after a day of hiking. Once Lothar dropped us off with our luggage, we didn’t bother to take the chairlift down because we had stunning hikes right from our doorstep. Lothar was very helpful and communicative. We wouldn’t stay in the Bludenz area any other way!

We can 100% recommend the accommodation. Bea and Kristian were excellent hosts. As a welcome, there was a handwritten card and a bottle of wine from the region. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Coffee capsules, toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwasher, dishwasher tabs, spices and much more were available. Hospitality is particularly noteworthy. Always close at hand, but never intrusive. Fresh towels were immediately provided to us. Bea gave us top recommendations regarding activities, restaurants, etc. We felt very comfortable and will be back!

Small warm apartment, very centrally located. The apartment offers everything you need. 😊 Super nice host. Everything very clearly communicated and accommodating. We were able to get in earlier so we could leave our luggage and continue skiing. In addition, the three of us (2 adults and 6-year-old child) could easily stay there.
