The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country tracks and a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with floor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can choose to have cleaning done onsite for an additional SEK 250, or to purchase cleaning for SEK 2,200 in advance, before any RUT (income tax) deductions.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two bunk beds and one with a family bunk bed (2+1), a spacious U-shaped sofa and a large slate fireplace in the living room. Fully-equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove with ventilation fan. Sauna and shower room, toilet with sink, electric drying cabinet for clothes, TV, etc.

With 500 meters to Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell and 800 meters to Coop, there are restaurants, food and entertainment within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. The charming cottage is 24 sqm and includes a fresh hall, bathroom and large living room with kitchen, wood stove and 120 cm bed and sofa bed. Accommodation is limited to 2 people.

Just 100 meters from the house, you will find the lift up to the top of Funäsdalsberget, which is open in winter and summer. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, liquor stores and shops in Funäsdalen village.

Close to hiking trails/snowmobile trails and cross-country tracks as well as the slalom slope in Ramundberget about 8 km from the cabin. There is also a ski stadium where you can go roller skiing in the summer. Then there is also #strapatserab who can arrange paddling, climbing and guiding etc. Food store ICA Stig Myrhs is 1 km from the cottage. There is also a gas station. A good place that I would like to recommend to you is #fjällbäckenlodge to have a lunch/coffee/dinner above me about 500 meters walking distance from the cottage.

The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
