I needed the apartment for a week while I was in town to work. Everything from the very thorough guidebook and suggestions and five minute walk to a tram or groceries was ideal. Walking in and being met with the magnolia tree in full view was absolutely beautiful! Then the shower is built in where there's a skylight, so you're greeted every morning by a gorgeous sunrise view. The hosts were so thoughtful with their guide and rental setup, warm in their greeting, and prepared for guests that I feel bad I didn't need communicate more. Note for future stays; one bed is a futon (not an issue), there are reusable grocery bags in the unit (so I didn't need to carry everything), and zero keys to track, and the unit is at the very top of the stairs without a lift (no concern for us, but informing)

The place was as described, clean and offered enough space for 8 guests. The communication went smoothly, Eugen always responded quickly, provided all the important information and also actively asked if everything was OK. Parking is available right around the corner and free of charge. Unfortunately, the apartment is not located directly in Korschenbroich and was therefore further away from the train station than hoped. But thanks to driving services/taxis, you can still reach Düsseldorf super fast, probably even faster and cheaper than by S-Bahn. For a group of eight, I definitely made the right choice with the apartment "Paris."

We loved staying here! It's a bit far away from the city center itself but the tram stop is very close by and runs regularly. Bernd gave us a warm welcome and lots of information about the BnB and things to do in the local area. The BnB was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!

The place was just great! Self-check-in was straightforward. And the first thing we noticed in the apartment was that not a speck of dust could be found! A big compliment to the cleaner! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos. We didn't miss anything. The connection to public transport was very good and the area very quiet. If you're 1-2 people and looking for a base to do some cycling along the Rhein and / or Mosel, Patricia's place is great. The cycling trail is only about 100m away and it's easy to follow that to Koblenz and beyond. I had a great stay and it was exactly what I was looking for.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. From here we could easily walk to the city center, the old town and the art museum. There are some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Beautiful: the view from the balcony to the blooming trees in the garden. Silke personally welcomed us, which is always nicer than the lockbox. Overall a place that was a perfect fit for our needs.

Excellent place in a quiet, rural NRW village. Sunny, south-side terrace with jacuzzi and a beautiful view onto grass fields, grazing horses and riding stables. Very good sauna arrangement. Comfortable bed. All windows equipped with hard shutters. Well-equipped kitchen, only sugar was missing for some reason and instead there was a curious 500g package of flour with nothing else to use it with.

The holiday was a wonderful break from everyday life. Especially of course also through the wellness area and the possibility for each apartment to book it for a time window for private use every day. The room was cozy, the town around it picturesque and cute angled and there were various excursion destinations to reach - including a map and information material in the entrance of the house. The whole thing was rounded off by the lovely communication and by the fact that no questions came up in advance thanks to descriptions. And even if something came up, someone was always available. Even arriving with a dog was not an issue. Highly recommended! 🌼
