The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

It features a superb through balcony with garden furniture, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, renovated in 2023. You'll have access to a private covered parking space and bicycle garage. The property is just 5 minutes from the tramway, giving access to Bordeaux's hypercentre in just 15 minutes.

Charming small private suite of 13 m2 including an independent bathroom and a main room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed. You have a separate terrace in front of the accommodation with dining area. The accommodation is for two people. It is not possible to add a crib or an extra person. We live on site in a house next to the accommodation, but it remains totally independent.
