Our alpine house is located at approx. 800 meters and is located, all alone, surrounded by meadows and forests. You feel the tranquility and the power of nature. Here the clocks tick slower and you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A walk through the forest and the sound of the stream grounds your senses and gives you the opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries. Hiking: Ganzalm, Pretul, Scheibe, Stuhleck, etc. Culture: The nearby Semmering offers great attractions.

This lovely and serene hundred-year home at the foot of the Rax is a real gem. Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Bärbel's Panoramic Hut

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs Each room is equipped with a large double bed, which can also be used as two single beds. A flat-screen TV and streaming services promises a fun time even in bad weather. Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. You have an electric fireplace, a kitchen with coffee machine + coffee that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything for a nice trip is already there. Enjoy

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Waldhütte KOSAK | Secluded location on the Alm

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!

This is a nice place in the „Hochsteiermark“, near the Pogusch (known for restaurant "Steirereck"), with many hiking and excursion possibilities (Graz, Peter Roseggers Waldheimat, Mariazell, Mitterdorf climbing Academy, Artacademy Styria and much more.) The place invites you to relax and unwind.
