Olivia was extremely easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The property was very presentable and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Timotei’s and it was just as lovely this time as last time. They popped over to welcome me and then left me to my privacy. The neighbourhood feels safe and quiet, the street parking is great because it’s at the end of a culdesac with designated parking, the place is adorable and Timotei has thought of everything… right down to a beautiful smelling rose from their garden! I will definitely be returning!

I came to Brisbane for a days work on a project - due to some delays onsite I needed somewhere nearby to stay…. Late afternoon check-in, great value and perfect room for solo traveller. Kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable room, Annie has gone out of her way to provide everything you would require - local information, towels, work space w/internet, own jug with tea/coffee and water…. I was really impressed and would be happy to stay again
