Monthly Rentals in Browns Lake

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy, just as described and pictured in the listing. Location in downtown Waterford was great and we were able to walk to the river park and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Although it is located on Main Street, there is little traffic at night and we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Katelyn and Jared did an excellent job with our visit. The property is exactly as described and very charming. We enjoyed the walking options with easy access to the town and restaurants. My girlfriend worked remotely during our stay. The internet is stable with great bandwidth. The main room has great natural lighting and is perfect for remote working. The property is well-maintained and clean. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the location!

Our stay here was amazing! The house was in a great location and decorated so beautifully. The hosts truly thought out this listing and had SO many amenities for us to enjoy. It was the perfect place to stay for 10 adults, and we easily could have fit 2 more. The host was extremely responsive, and we felt at ease throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be looking into staying here again in the future! 10/10 recommend!
