Great spot to access everything downtown Maysville. House was super clean and decorated really well with lots of charm. We will definitely come back!

The Flash Lodge is great place for family get away. The house is nice with plenty of room, a full kitchen and available laundry. There is a great large deck and fire pit. The fishing pond is steps from the back door and canoes are available for use on the large lake. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Pamela is great to work with and was always responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Absolutely amazing place. Exactly what my kids and I needed to celebrate Passover, have quality family time, yet get away from all the hustle and bustle. Close enough to Cincinnati and Newport, Ky that there’s plenty to do with the family if you’re looking to get out a little. Kimberly was extremely responsive, helpful, polite and amazing to work with! My 6 kids plus future daughter and I highly recommend booking this hidden gem!!

Overall, a great stay! Close to shopping and food, 35 minutes to the city. We were there over Christmas and arrived to a tree in the main living space, this was an added surprise. Nice space for a large family. We usually travel with a baby gate but did not this time. There is a staircase in the main living area that needed to be blocked off. Definitely plan to stay again.

The entire process was exceptional from start to finish. The level of communication far exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be booking our retreat with Pamela next year.

We had an amazing stay at the Pete Nelson Treehouse in Germantown, KY. The craftsmanship and cozy vibe of the treehouse made it a perfect retreat, but what really made the experience special were the trails surrounding the property. We loved hiking through the woods, especially the fun challenge of finding all 10 hidden swings. Watching the kids romp around freely in nature was the highlight of our trip—it felt like a real-life adventure. Highly recommend for families looking to unplug and reconnect in a truly magical setting.

The place is adorable, and in walking distance of the local library and a couple restaurants. The place feels bigger than the pictures make it seem. There is train tracks just a few streets away, so you do get that noise, but I learned to tune it out pretty quickly. The stairs to the basement / laundry area are steep, but it has a railing. Overall, a great place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing and unique this property is. Our boys had everything they could wish for. Baseball, fishing, firetrucks, paddling, great food, and a western theme cabin. It was truly a wonderful get away. The restaurant is fabulous too! We will be staying again for sure.

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing! Close to Maysville and Augusta, lots of local restaurants. The hosts sent a great list of places to check out. The hot tub was wonderful, a propane grill and fire pit with wood made it great to stay on too! Cozy and comfortable. Great amenities.

Beautiful town with scenic Riverwalk and restaurants all walking distance. Place was comfortable and clean. Nice hot tub, beds, and kitchen. Would stay again next trip through.

if you're looking for peace and relaxation, you'll find it at this cabin. It's literally in the middle of nowhere at the end of a long gravel road. The cabin was very clean. Lots of supplies on hand. I brought some pots just in case and this worked well. If you're not particular, then the ones supplied are fine. The beds are firm, we brought our own pillows but they too are supplied. This is a "dry" County and the nearest package store is about 15-20 mins away as well as Walmart and a few other stores. Sharon was very responsive and a great host. Treat her home as you would yours or better. The grill needs attention but Sharon is aware of this. It's obviously used a lot! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return :)

The location is absolutely perfect for the area. Other than a few trips to the grocery we didn’t need to leave for anything. The kitchen is well stocked. We woke up sitting on the deck drinking coffee listening to the wildlife looking directly at the Ohio River. We seen a few deers. Our family had a great time singing kareoke, fishing and relaxing in the hot tub. We built a fire roasted hot dogs and made smores. The location is secluded yet covenant. Our time was too short there, we would have loved to stayed a week. Thank you Jeff and Summer.
