Can’t get enough of this place! Great location, cozy apartment, welcoming host, lots of privacy and calm — and all that’s necessary nearby!

Its a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from Las Olas Blvd. I arrived late at night and was inside within moments as checkin instructions were super clear and easy. There is off-street parking next to the unit on the side. The whole place was clean, set up well and has what you need, including a filtered water pitcher. I'd definitely stay here again next time in Ft. Lauderdale.

We really enjoyed staying at Cat and Tracey’s place. They are super responsive and helpful hosts. The unit had everything we needed for our stay.

I stayed at Franks place for 3 months for a work assignment. It felt right at home and Frank was a great host! His place was great and even tho it was a shared house (private part of the house) I never heard him. Really convenient to have the washer and dryer in unit. 5 stars!
