Bungalow vacation rentals in Broward County

We had a wonderful vacation week at Chelsea 2. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent the days in the private pool relaxing and then were close enough to walk to the square for dinner and sit by the ocean. We would highly recommend staying here for a weekend or a week and hope to stay again.

Maggie's place was perfect! We were just steps from the beach. We had all the comforts of home, unlike a hotel. She was also very responsive of any questions that I had for her. We would definitely stay at her place again.

We have stayed here three times over the years. Absolutely love the location. We can walk back to the private room multiple times a day. Private courtyard with an abundance of plants well maintained and beautiful. Can’t wait to go back in in April. The boardwalk is about half a block away. The center of the Boardwalk and some of the best places to eat and main stage is about a block away but blocked by buildings so the condo is always quiet but easy to get to all the fun. The waters edge is only 150 feet of beach away from the boardwalk and stretches forever in both directions. Can’t forget about the best hidden little tiki bar on Hayes street right next to our condo with live music every night. Usually country music. Hollywood is like Nashville on the beach at night. Absolutely love it.

Firstly, my adult family of 4 overall enjoyed our stay. We loved how close it was to the beach and just far enough from the action on the broadwalk to feel safe. The queen bed was super comfy with a crisply made bed and great sheets. The kids twin beds were ok. The bathrooms were very small but we were thrilled there were 2 of them, the main reason we chose this property. I did stress the parking situation after reading different experiences but I must say it was fairly simple. Instructions could've been better. I received a QR code and I thought it needed to be scanned at the parking meter. Frustrating. I used another phone to scan the QR code to get to the site and it was easy. Prepaid for 24 hrs of parking x my stay. We were 4 adults but there are only 3 sand chairs, we took turns. The guest face/wash cloth was not clean so it made me doubt some other items. The unit was well stocked with paper products and soap, Thank You so much for that ❤️. It's a lovely place, I would return.

This place is fantastic!!! Way better than what we expected. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. The back yard is lovely with a nice back porch, several places to sit, and big beautiful tree with lots of shade. Our family that lives in Fort Lauderdale are actually looking for houses in that neighborhood because it was so nice.

Excellent location! Maggie's place is steps from the beach. The beach in that area is quieter than further north or south, so there was plenty of room. The ocean is clear, clean and swimmable other than lots of seaweed. It is also very easy to walk down to all of the restaurants and bars on the Broadwalk. The bungalow was perfect for our little getaway - it was nice to have the sofa and small table in the living area separate from the bedroom. It was so nice to have beach chairs and beach towels to take onto the beach! Loved that the place is surrounded by hedging for privacy. Would return to Maggie's place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very accommodating as we can in late; he turned the lights on for us which was very helpful. The house was larger than expedted and we really enjoyed the back patio. Richard had some thoughtful treats set out for us to enjoy. Cozy home, comfortable beds and very relaxing. It was a great experience and the peacocks put on a great show every day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as presented, and the pool is really nice. We would stay here again.

We were so happy at this house - it felt like home! Melissa left detailed instructions on everything we needed to know - and her responses when we needed to contact her were immediate and so friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful and well-kept; our host was accessible and kind; and we felt very comfortable and at-home for our entire stay there. Melissa is a wonderful hostess!
